How long did it take to get the mirrors in? I ordered the doors with mirrors and the mesh covers, only the doors arrived this last Saturday. I’m still waiting on mirrors and the mesh covers. I am ok waiting for the covers but was a little disappointed that no mirrors are here. I installed them hoping the mirrors might be tucked in the second box but no luck so I had to take them off and I will have to wait for them before use.

ordered everything the 29th and doors arrived the 4th. So pretty fast but not having mirrors was a bummer.

Surprisingly my mirrors came 1st. If you check post #3, you'll see my surprise package. The doors arrived the following day. Maybe contact @Exceed Fabrication to see if there was a mix-up. They came in from Cali.

I didn’t mean to high jack your post. But you do have the best review of the product and it helped me decide to purchase so I’m documenting the flip side of that coin.

I have emailed them a couple times from different emails inquiring when my mirrors and covers will ship. As of today it has been six days without response sadly. I’ll update if they respond or if the parts arrive

@Aonar do you know if the mirrors are some style of generic mirror? If I cannot get @Exceed Fabrication to ship the mirrors and door covers or even communicate with me about any potential delays, I want to start looking for alternate sources to get the mirrors. I still need them to make it work lol! I’m going to give it another week to hear from them and then begin discussing options with my CC company.

Here is my next-to-last communication with our old contact. I do not use Instagram, but maybe tell your story on their IG page to see if you get a reply!!!

I think some mirrors like these are what would fit. I reverse image searched the photo you provided and these were near the top.

If I don’t hear from them by Friday I’m just going to buy these and start a charge back on my card. Thanks for your help going above and beyond with reaching out to them for me.

I have received no email response, forum response, or instagram response after almost 2 weeks since contacting them and almost 3 weeks since order.

On my account in their website it shows two tracking numbers, one for front doors, one for rear doors.

Today out of the blue I received a box that was a rectangle beat up into the shape of a basketball. It was the mesh door covers. I received no correspondence with tracking numbers.

I am still waiting for the mirrors.

I want to like their products but I still cannot install since I do not have the mirrors, so I can’t install.

With some increased communication this company could be really good.

My credit card company is ready to charge back (they are really good). I also have 120days to request that but I won’t wait that long with radio silence. I will wait a few more weeks before engaging them.

When the mirrors show or I engage my CC company I’ll update.

I hope to post a review with them on doing the alpine loop since it is open early this year…
