That's a good change from my experience with Cross Jeep of Louisville. I'm glad to hear that. I could give a multiple page of s###y experience with them I had in past. That was quite some time ago though but I definitely do remember it. The insult to injury was their damn dealership logo stuck on back of my Jeep then. BTW it's the dealership that has gave me such a "great" outlook on auto dealerships. Closely followed with one in Radcliffe, KY.Warranty. Warranty. I tell you, good sir, I have a Warranty!

For real though, sounds like that dealer just sucks. I don't know in what direction you are 1.5 hours away from that dealership in, but, if it's west, then I highly, with full confidence, recommend Cross Jeep in Louisville, KY. They are all Jeep guys. Great service. Worth the drive if you happen to be close and need any future issues taken care of.
My salesman does call / text and email me occasionally still. Definitely did the first 2 years. One would think it would be common sense for them to not do it, but we no longer live in that world and that is 20+ years in the past. Use to be a time a salesman would call you a week, month and year after the sale to see if everything is going ok. I am lucky if any salesman I have dealt with is there 6 months after the sale or any other face I saw when I made the purchase.
There is just no loyalty either way from the dealership to the customer or the customer to the dealership. It is rarity that loyalty to a dealership pays off.

My experience with my local dealership on service are good. I'd have services scheduled for after getting off work on way home. Go in break room cup of coffee or tea soda and snacks. Take a nap on sofa.... "full on crash out" sometimes get a wake up your Jeep is ready, a few times.
it's a family owned dealerships. There is some good ones out there just finding them and keeping them open is the challenge in other businesses too. Now a couple of other dealerships I've been by I would not probably even buy a coffee cup from even if discounted still. Damn I really miss things like Western Auto's and like.
