Got over my buyer's remorse which hounded me for the first few months. Love driving the truck. There are a few issues which will have to be resolved at some point, but not an emergency:

1) Sounds like I have a bad u-joint

2) Incessant blend door actuator clicking in dash when on floor mode. Probably stripped or something. Really annoying.

3) Something thumping in the right front over bumps and when turning

Other than that, Jeep is solid. This may be the funnest vehicle I've ever had. I'm still kinda babying her, but that will subside with use. Starting to get some rub marks and scratches in the bed from use, floor mats getting dirty, etc.

Absolutely zero complaints on performance. Engine seems very peppy, plenty of go for me. And I am way up in the mountains (over 6,500 feet). Compared to my 1 ton diesel, she handles like a dream on the twisty roads.

All in all, I am happy with my decision to buy this Jeep! I had been pondering the brand new turbocharged Toyota Tacoma (glad I didn't wait for that), a 2.0 Wranger Rubicon or a Ford Bronco. With the deal I got on this thing, it was a NO-BRAINER.

Like it so much I'm throwing around the idea of buying a barely used 3.6 Pentastar and tranny (yarded out of a 392 conversion) since they seem dirt cheap and just having this be my last vehicle with backup parts, especially since the move towards electric seems to be coming so fast. Really like this thing!

Glad you like it. I'd seriously consider taking those issues in to get looked at under warranty. I beat the piss out of mine and it doesn't have a single issue or annoyance or random noise.

I will definitely take it in, they're just small annoyances right now. It's more of an annoyance to have to leave it at a dealership. Gotta be honest, the idea of them digging into my dash gives me chills.

The u-joint and heavy line stuff doesn't really worry me insofar as them messing anything up. I may get under it myself and have a look.

any mods? I had an annoying creaking noise that only happened when turning, coming from the front right side. Started happening after I took it offroad for the first time. Got under the truck and found my aftermarket rail/step was creaking when I pushed up on it. Tightened it and the noise went away.
