Youre safe to hold out if you want to wait til it's fixed, even with their "sale" things like the tail lights are cheaper on Amazon for their exact part than buying direct. Plus amazon you get quicker shipping at no additional cost.

There was an isolated batch with a manufacturing problem. That issue has been resolved. We are still offering our same great customer service!

I have had my Oracle tails and backup lights on my Gladiator for 2 problem free years.
