Thank you, Sir, for taking us along.
You are the Akira Kurosawa of off-road film making.

In his movie, Rashomon,
"The camera accompanies the woodcutter on his walk.
The music, at Kurosawa’s request, is very reminiscent of Ravel’s Bolero.
It begins with a moving camera shooting
directly at the sun through the trees -
the first time this technique was ever used."

Two beginners and 3 seasoned drivers take a new road into a remote canyon in Montana!

Now I have to try to get a trip to Montana on my long list of adventures! Looks like a beautiful area, thanks for sharing.

Looks like a beautiful trail that anything can do. The GC people would love it. My Ram 2500 4x4 diesel would even do it.

Its not on google maps or google earth yet.... if you find the Judith Gaurd Station near Saphire Mt. There is a road to the north of that station that is the trails begining point. I'm not sure if it is on OnX yet? The old road to the top of the hill before dropping into the canyon was "woodchopper ridge" .... the new road drops off of that and goes through Arch canyon....or Arch coule.

I just mounted the camera on the roof and drove down the hill... the sun was there. Lol. The music is out of a list of songs that let me post them on youtube... to cover the sound of my hissing camera in the wind!

There are no hard areas this time of the year... in the spring the river roars and looks like a brown milkshake- hood deep or more some years.... but by mid June it tames out a bit! If you check out the old trail on my channel (Middle fork road) you can see this new road is the tame one!
