Everyone says it works but I just don’t see how it’s possible? I had the cover on before I bought the rack. Had no rails so it was mounted by clamping it directly to the bed. I then took it off to install the rails and rack. But I don’t see how they can possibly go on together because the rebel rack gets in the way of the side rails that the cover Velcro’s to; and those same Velcro covered rails won’t go on with the Rebel rack in place.
They both occupy the same space that the other requires? Does anyone have both in place? Can you send me some pics if so? I’m thoroughly confounded by how it’s possible to mount both at the same time…
Here I am holding up the Velcro covered rail that is supposed to mount right where the bed rack supports currently live for illustration.
Here is a pic of how they were mounted before the rack went on.
