I know that the virus had a part of slowing down my order from ACE...but I have been waiting since February on my Upper Decker. The site said 2-3 week lead time when I ordered. Was told 3-4 weeks when I ordered. They said that the virus wasn't slowing things down. That was March 18th. I contacted them on April 25th and I am being told another 2-3 weeks before shipping.

Hi Grant,

I am sorry about the delay and that it hasn't shipped yet. When you ordered it was probably a listed lead time of 3-4 weeks, and we've since updated that to 4-5 weeks for new orders. Regardless, yes we are late.

Things changed very quickly here in Michigan. On March 18th our production was still mostly unaffected. However, shortly after that we had to cut our staff significantly in order to comply with state orders, and most important keep our employees safe.

We have never had to run production with this small a staff, so predicting ship times has been difficult to estimate and we have certainly made errors in how fast we thought we could get some parts out.

We are still producing parts and shipping everyday. Yours is in process and I believe it should ship sooner than 3 weeks, possibly within a week and a half, but I can't say for sure yet.

We appreciate everyone's patience during these unusual times and thank you for continuing to support American businesses.

Better design then the amp best extended in that this is more rectangular so you can actually utilize more space on the tailgate (aka stacking 4 tires Along the width ) vs the amp you can’t Bc the amp design is oblong.
