Acquiring a VIN

Does Gupton automatically send the buyer a VON once they place the order or does the buyer have to request it? Just placed my Mojave order with Gupton on Thursday and just have a receipt for the deposit thus far.

I just ordered mine yesterday from Travis at Tri-City and after he did his ordering part he immediately sent me the Priced Order Confirmation with the VON on it.

I never got my VON, but had a VIN number 24 hours after ordering through Mall of GA.

I ordered with Gupton on Thursday. I had the exact same question but didn't want to bother Daniel so soon.

Can anyone who has ordered from Gupton describe the post-order process.

When do we get the vin?

I have read of people getting status emails from FCA? Do those happen automatically or do you have to sign up for them somewhere after you get your VIN?

I also ordered on Thursday. I think I read that getting the Order Confirmation which has the VON takes two business days. If I don’t hear from Daniel by Wednesday, I’ll check with Daniel. I’m exited too! Always wanted a Jeep.

I had a VON within 30 minutes on a Saturday.
