Hi everyone, has anyone had luck negotiating into their deal things like bigger tires, LED lights, or the 2" mopar lift at big discounted rates...or even just "thrown in" to the price you have negotiated to? I'm about to sign for a Sport S, so LEDs arent offered on the standard build sheet. Ultimately i want 35s, but would settle for 33s off a rubicon if they threw them into the deal. After all, my CT dealers are overpriced compared to all those 5% off invoice deals. Maybe they can get more wiggle room on extra parts? Just want to ask around to see if anyone has had success with this, before i throw that into my haggling.

Depends on the actual dealership. I have negotiated MOPAR accessories for either at dealer cost or heavily discounted for install labor. Depends how much at or below invoice they are already selling if they have the margins to wheel and deal.

With a dealership that’s not doing much on price you might have luck. The way I’ve gotten free stuff is I agree on the price and right before the handshake I’ll say, you need them to throw in the lift kit and I’ll shake on it. I’ve gotten a lot of free ads on’s for my cars that way. Key for me was at the point of handshake. You can’t get greedy, and that works best towards the end of the month when they need to move units. Not sure if it would work on a deal that you had to special order though since they already know your buying it. Worth a try.
