Adding Trailer Hitch Zoom Feature

This never had a serious resolution so I’m not going to start a whole new thread. Is there a JScan solution?

To know the answer to that, one has to know what setting is associated with the feature, then determine if jscan can access it.
Without knowing what setting or settings are involved, can't say if jscan can do it. I'd bet it can, but finding the setting(s) is the REAL key.
To know what tool to use, you have to know if it's a bolt or a rivet.

This may have nothing at all to do with it - but this is a line in my truck's configuration -

I just added a class iv receiver and was checking if there was any resolution on if the zoom feature could be added at the dealership or with a Tazer??

JScan confirmed they do not know how to activate it.

Before zoom would work, if the truck didn't come with a tow package, wouldn't you have to tell it that it has towing?

I'll have to connect to my truck again and see what else is in there that's related.

UPDATE!!! After doing some towing with my JT I decided to take it in for service. After 2 days Dealer confirmed through Mopar that there is no fix available at the moment but possibly they are working on something behind the scenes. :/
