I was originally running AEV's 2" spacer lift which includes extended end links, bump stops, etc. After installing the winch and front bumper, I lost over an inch up front. I've been meaning to swap the spacers out for proper springs but have hemmed and hawed over which springs to get. I then learned I could order these outside of AEV's kit. I placed my order directly through Northridge, $549 shipped w/ no wait. I also picked up AEVs geometry correction brackets.
The install was very straight forward having done the spacer install back when I first got the jeep. I did them with the "help" of my 5 and 7-y/o. We knocked all 4 corners out in a day. I misplaced the bottle jack I usually use to pick up clearance to remove & install springs and ended up using the OEM scissor jack. I'm glad it worked out that way, it was easier to manage and sits in a perfect position to increase clearance during install.
The springs feel great, much more planted around turns and I don't feel like I'm bouncing as much after dips & bumps. The geo brackets all but eliminated the nose diving when braking. I've only got a few hundred miles on the springs & brackets but no creaks, bangs or other side effects and I picked up 1.5" up front and about .5" in the rear OVER the 2" spacers.
My RTT is off until spring. Right now the rear is a smidge over 1" higher. I suspect I'll loose 1/4" or so (had wife sit in bed and measured drop) when the tent goes back on but with or without the tent, the stance is eons more level.
The wheel gap with the snows is fierce, can't wait till spring to get my 35s back on.
