Sold: Pennsylvania AEV High Capacity Springs - Gas 3.6 NJT21502AA

Hi - I am selling a set of AEV springs. These are their 3-inch high-capacity springs, part number NJT21502AA. I had these on my JT for about three weeks this past summer, there is nothing wrong with them, just didn't fit my needs. These are definitely for constantly loaded vehicles; the rake is pronounced when installed otherwise. The asking price is $450, and since they are heavy, shipping would be prohibitive/I'd rather not ship - I am located in the Lancaster, PA area.

Hey Sam, I could've sworn we talked about these when you swung by. Maybe not. I have the Clayton HD rears in along with their 3.5 fronts. They fit my current shock setup better now as well.

Mm, thought u still has the aev with 2.5 fox... Maybe I am wrong. I do recall the Clayton control arms though.
In any case good to know Clayton do work better.

I would say Claytons work better for my use case in terms of lift/load (towing). I'm on my fourth set of springs... and I have my old Clayton springs for sale too. The AEV springs rode a lot better, especially on PA roads, they were just not where I wanted to be on lift height.

Glad I asked. Definitely not concerned about lift height as much as ride quality. I don't tow a ton and do have bags in the rear anyways.
Still wanna try to keep it within the same lift height of the mopar lift. Been looking at the AEV (standard rates) but also interested in the icon springs as they have a triple rate rear that would only raise it 1.5 (combined with 2.5 front I would keep that rake to around what I have right now with the spacers).

ICON is not a brand I've tried but definitely considering for another truck we own.

I've owned the Mopar lift and I think the AEV lift is close to the Mopar 2 inch in height. Of the two, AEV rides better, and I believe measured true to the 3 inch lift. I had the Mopar lift before I had the JT, so I don't know if that still holds true since that lift has gone thru many iterations.

My experience with Clayton and AEV CS has been nothing but awesome and the product quality for either manufacturer is at the top. In either case, you get what you pay for IMHO.
