Just got a JT Rubi and wanted input from you guys.

Getting the 2” Mopar lift installed. Planned on 35” Falkens but the 37” just has a more dramatic look that I’m after.

Will there be rubbing issues etc?
Also seems like there is a 30hp loss between 33” and 37”. Would the Mopar air intake help a bit?

No. You would want to change gearing.

I have the 37s with the Rough Country 2 1/2 lift and the factory 4.10 gears and she imo has more than enough power with the 8spd auto. No rubbing but I don’t do serious off road back woods 4wheeling. Would not recommend 37s if that’s your agenda. Otherwise ride is close to factory feel and MPG will be 15-16.

PAT that is your problem: Pass A Truck, you have neither HP nor Torque, but your saving grace is the 8 sp with does well with what little you have under the hood.

I have run 37's and in fact drove almost 100,00 mi with them and most of that came from hiway time driving to Moab, Death Vally, and all across the SW. I added a Super Charger with 6 lbs of boost and 4:88 gears on the highway mid 12's at 65 mph on cruise.

It's gonna hurt on highways and accel, but that 8 spd is gonna bail you out...
