American Trail Products bed rack

Those who may have, looking to see how tall it is, top of bed rail to top of rack? Looking to stay in the 15" - 17" range. I know my rtt will poke up some, but that is of no concern. Just want to see better out the rear glass. Currently sitting at 13" with upper decker and rtt risers. Pics for reference.

Digging up an old thread, did you end up purchasing it? I'm in the same boat, but also looking for a rack that's full length which most aren't. I called a bunch of retailers and none of them have any dimensions.
