Anvil Clear??? Did they just rename the Sting Grey?

I owned an Anvil Clear Coat JK, a couple years ago. Well before the Gladiator first came out. It looked like grey with a hint of blue.

I've seen that color before but in a more flat finish, correct? So they took the same color and gave it a more traditional / polished look? I like it.

I owned a 2015 wrangler this color and loved it. Got lots of compliments on the color. In person it does have a slight blue-ish tint. It is a “flat” kind of color and is different than the sting grey.

My JK was also a 2015 and my experience mirrors yours. Lots of compliments. I liked it because it reminded me of the bluish grey paint used in the US Navy, circa WWII.

Beautiful. Love that color. But what model might that be? Not sure if the hood decal has just been removed or what. And those tires!? They look smaller than anything I’ve ever seen on a Gladiator.
