Looking to upgrade my factory sound system 2024 gladiator. I am looking at adding a kicker powered sub and possibly using more kicker speakers to replace the factory ones. Crutchfield has an LOC harness but requires taping into the factory speaker wires. Is there anyone out there that makes a harness that would be plug and play for adding a sub to the factory system? I'm really only familiar with crutchfield and they said they don't have a plug and play harness for the 2024.

I don't think there is a plug and play harness. Before the current JTR, I had a Willys and installed a 6" bass tube under the rear seat. I used a Kicker LOC KISLOC2 with remote to turn on the amp and a Scosche Install Centric ICAK8. Some LOCs don't come with it. The one I used senses current from the speakers and sends the remote signal to the amp. Make sure tap the front speakers for the signal, left and right. Not too big of a job.

Get an amp that takes high level input with turn on and off. Rockford small amps work great. Pull the pillar by the passenger seat and positap one of the speakers wires. Super easy. Then run a power wire done deal.

Thanks for the replies. I just discovered trailseven.com and they include a harness that they make with the kicker subs they sell. Nice video on their site on how to install the sub.
