I'm pretty sure most people on this forum are not novices to off-roading, which is what the Skillz Day by MetalCloak is about. With that said, is anyone going or has anyone been to Prairie City SVRA? I've had my Mojave for over a year now and only have 3400 miles on it. I'm sad to say I haven't even been able to take it out beyond campground camping when I went turkey hunting last Spring.

I'm thinking of going and hopefully learning some skillz without doing any damage to my Jeep. My off-road experience is pretty much limited to playing in a Hummvee on the DMZ in S. Korea or in the deserts of Iraq quite a few years back. I never needed to worry about lockers, sway bars, lifts, etc. and I'm embarrassed to say that while I understand the idea behind them I don't really know when to use them or how.

Anyone going? Anyone been before think it is worthwhile?

Thank you for posting!

Love to have you join us.... it is the perfect chance to have those mysteries answered... my favorite moment was the very first year we did the SkillzDay, someone walked up to me and said he owned his Jeep for 3 months and didn't know how to put it in 4WD.

THAT is why we created SkillzDay... so that we can all learn (in a safe and fun environment) how to use our Jeeps.

Hope to see you out there!
