Anyone have experience with Sawtooth expandable tonneau cover? or Any recommendation?

Hello.
I just got my first Jeep (sport s max tow without rail system) a couple weeks ago, and I am excited.
Few upgrades (lift, side steps) are done so far.
Now, I am looking for a tonneau cover. I am looking for something that can fit skis.
My garage is small so I have limited space. Hitch mount and roof rack are not my options.
After following several threads in the forum, with tight budget, there are few ideas that might work for me.

1. Getting a tonneau cover that works with KB Voodoo cross bar and ski racks
2. Getting an expandable tonneau cover like Sawtooth
3. Putting skis diagonally on truck bed and getting a decent tonneau cover with money saved by not getting ski racks.
4. Switching from skiing to snowboarding

Which one do you think is the best?
Any other recommendations?
Anyone have experience with Sawtooth expandable tonneau cover? (No reviews at all. working properly?)
