Anyone have Maximus 3 Bed Rack?

Anyone got these for their Gladiator? I recollect a couple of years back they were quite the buzz at SEMA and then had production delays. Would love to hear thoughts (and see pictures?) from those that might have ultimately gone this route.

Can you fit a tonneau under it? It's really hard to find any info about it. In some pics and a video there is a cargo platform but I can't find it anywhere.
