Seems to be a mistake. MOPAR sells the part and lists it as an "exterior" A/C outlet, Part Number: 68375111AA. Should be a pretty simple dealer swap for the correct one.

I have a 30a 240v Australian plug in my shop. Or maybe not Australian. My outlet is a non-nema outlet.
