Anyone have problems ordering Package 24B ( non-package) roll up windows?

Stopped by my first dealer choice after trying to pull off a few internet sales. Dealer said I could not order base, strippd w?auto, MaxTow, Sirius and Hard Top. Forece 24S. I then had him try with 6Speed, forced package 23S. I said Edumunds and Jeep.com let me config Base, Stripped models. He said he could not do it.

Drive 5 miles down the road and next dealer pulled up my config with package code 24B, printed it out and I wam now able to order what I want.

Anyone else have problems ordering a stripped base Sport?
