Anyone know where the SIM card is for the Wifi?

I want to completely disable my Jeep from connecting to the internet. I don't want them collecting data on my driving habits and selling it to insurance companies. Has anyone figured out how to take your car offline yet?

I have unlimited data through TMo, and its actually much faster and stronger here in NYC vs. all the other carriers (well, except Staten Island... but lets be real, SI is like its own country). I really wish it was 5G capable.

Which begs the question... In this day and age of 5G/UC, does anyone really use/avail themselves of 4G LTE these days???

Necro-ing this old post. I am about to tear into this infotainment system to see how hackable it is. You should have been be able to to just use a paired phone for 5g. I also think it would be possible to use a USB 5g modem dongle. Will post a new thread once I have had a thorough look.
