Arizona shop advice wanted!

Hi all.

Got our Rubicon Gladiator 10 days ago now. Already put 900 miles on the clock doing a trip up to the Page area. Hiked the Wave, White Pocket, Antelope Canyon and Vermillion Cliffs area. Was a blast.
All that dirt driving and not a scratch on it... Until getting back to Phoenix where we caught a rock 5 minutes from home and busted the windshield haha. Thats twice that's happened to us after a long trip.

Anyway.

Gladiator is bone stock right now but we have a list of stuff we would like to do.

2" lift
35's
Front bumper replace (ideally alloy to keep weight down)
Additional lighting on aforementioned bumper
Rock sliders (mainly for shopping cart protection)

I can bolt on bumpers and sliders but doing everything else, I've got no idea.

Anyone know of a good shop in the Valley thats reasonably priced and has previous experience with them?
