Problem is I dont have a good way to accurately measure the thickness of the bolt head. I can use a tape measure - but I dont know if that will be accurate enough for them?
Tell rackattack what brand and model of awning you have and they will send you the correct bolts for your system. Let the pros who deal with theses issues for customers help you out. We have a new rackattact retail store here in Boise now, worst case send me the bolts you want and I’ll go to new shop here, get what you need and mail them to you.

Might have to take you up on that. Just talked with them, they said to go to tacoma screw. Also was unable to give any specs because they dont normally work with Ironman stuff. I'm really not that surprised.

What type of extrusion mount is it? Is it possible to use T-slot studs? Or slide-in nuts & go the other way?

Yeah I've thought about that but the problem is I dont have a way to accurately measure what the T slot accepts. All I know is the bolt head of what came with the awning is a 14mm. I dont know what the dimensions are of the bolt head. But the bigger issue is I dont have my dial calipers to measure the thickness of the bolt head. I went to the store, as you saw above, to get some other bolts and the heads were too thick.

Here's a couple pictures if it helps any?
