Badlands Off Road Park (Indiana) Trip - Aug 26th

Thought I'd throw this out there, some friends and I are making the trip down to the Badlands for a day of wheeling on Aug 26th. We're camping overnight from the 25th.

We're both very new to off road shenanigans so we'd welcome some experienced people to follow around for a bit and watch.

Sunrise and Sunset are the only 2 times to see the Badlands. It is truly beautiful . Lot’s to see and do in that area. Hope you have a great trip.

Well my brother ,I was scheduled for an oil change.
I have been to ATTICA for two jamborees and a few times in between. I will try to get a buddy to tag along.
There is a variety of trails with different technical paths.
Good way to start my vacation.

Awesome! We're pretty pumped, been watching videos trying to learn the layout/trails a bit so we have more time to enjoy the trails vs trying not to get lost.

Would be great to see some more Gladiators out there

The map they give you kinda suks but it is managable.
There may be two of us ,I will change oil appt.
I just put 37s on so was wondering the difference coming from 35s.This will work out perfect.

The plan so far is to make a pit stop at the Indiana Dunes park on the way down, and make it to our campsite sometime around 4-5. Then start exploring the morning of the 26th as soon as they open the trails

yes wide variety of trails ,best thing to do .
You will discover how you want to build your jeep.
What you enjoy , mud, rocks ,hills

I have most of the stuff packed up and ready to roll, gonna do a once over on Thursday and make sure.

Trying to talk some local guys to head on down too, but it turns out all the guys I work with that have lifted F150s and Silverados don't even know how to get into 4Lo....
