I have a new 2022 Gladiator Sport. As I go about my wallet emptying process of getting the vehicle right, I know that I will do several lighting and a couple other electrical items like a dash cam. I am decent with mechanical stuff, but electical is NOT in my wheel house. Certainly, with all the computers and such, I do ot want to cause any problems when I install these items. On another vehicle, I simply wired a seperate relay/fuse box to the main battery and all hots went there. Any suggestions aside from simply running wires for each item separately would be appreciated.

There's a bunch of after market switches made like the Lasfit and Voswitch and several others. I don't have experience with them because I have the factory aux switches.
Several people on the forum have installed the factory aux switches. If I remember correctly it requires a Jscan or tazer to activate the switches.
There's even a guy who used his original equipment garage door opener switches to transmit to a pick up under the hood and operate a relay. There's a lot of options.

I use switch pros - it's more expensive but uses methods for amperage protection other than fuses.

There is also auxbeam - several members here us that. It's half the price as the switch pros, similar interface, but uses fuses instead, but is also bulkier.

Any of these options, or the ones above will work good.
