Battery and a trailer tow receptor question.

I have a Battery and a trailer tow receptor question.

The fuse #37- 30a circuit connects directly to pin E+ on the Trailer Tow Receptacle. I have been using this pin and Pin B-Ground to power my Lady-Wifes Scooter lift, which seems to work satisfactorily.

Since Pin E+ along Pin B-Ground is connected directly to the battery without a brake, may I use it to charge the batteries with a battery maintainer?

I ask this because when my 2022 Gladiator with less than 10,000 miles on it sits for more than 6-7 days, it will not start, and I have to use a Jump-pack. I keep a jump-pack in all of my vehicles for emergencies.

I do.

I used a trailer connector to 12 volt outlet converter, then plug a 12v plug into that so if I forget and drive away, the plug will pull out of the 12v outlet converter plugged into the trailer connector.
but you don't have to do it that way.
