Pulling my seats tomorrow to install some sound deadener and Armorlite. Is all I need to do is pull the negative terminal and wait 30 to discharge the system and safely remove the seats?

Service instructions say to pull the negative battery cable(s) and wait 2 minutes. The owners manual has the procedure in it for doing both the main and aux battery negative cable disconnect. It is in the "Storing the Vehicle" section.

Yes, make sure you don't only pull the negative cable but you take the two negative cables apart from each other and isolate them like Hootbro said.
Just pulling the negative off the main battery leaves the aux battery connected and the system "hot".

This is why I ask. It can never be just pull a cable.
