Bed Alignment to Cab

I was getting ready to apply a decal centered to the rear window when I noticed the tailgate latch, and taligate badge(JEEP) were off center to the window. I then examined the the centering of the bed to the cab and it appears it is off. Can you folks see if any of you are having similar observations?
