I reached out to BEDSLIDE - they say they should have a slide that fits by the end of the year. None of their current ones will fit.
I also reached out to CargoGlide - they actually do have something that fits:
Part # CG1000-5841 (75% extension - 3.875" deck height) - about $1500 installed
Part # CG1000XL-5841 (75% extension - 4" deck height) - about $2500 installed
I'm going to work up some measurements and an estimate on doing this with 80/20.
For context - basically you need a slide that is less than 54" long, and less than 44" wide (43.5 really).
