How does the bed rug do with sliding stuff on it, like I have a fridge that’s not on a slider that I use so I usually just slide it out on the tailgate and then slide it back in the bed when I’m done, I also have a tote and a couple ammo crates that I use for my camping stuff that I slide in and out

The Bedrug has enough "grip" so that items will stay put without flying around when you make turns, stopping, etc. but still quite easy to move & slide things around when loading & unloading.
Should work well for your application.

They're also easy on your knees if you have to crawl up into the bed to get to things, which is another bonus.
