I just sent you a pm. I’m ready to order now. I’d be upgrading from a well used bed rug classic. Ideally to a full covering impact model. Meaning bottom, sides, and tailgate. Thanks very much.Many of you are already familiar with the products from BedRug. They’ve been a popular choice for years for anyone who wants bed protection and a sleek, trimmed look.
Those products are now moving under the Husky Liners lineup, and the new versions are starting to roll out.
We’re consolidating these products under the Husky brand since it’s already home to many of the protection accessories on your truck. Husky manufactures your hood shields, vent visors, floor liners, mud guards, and fender flares, to name a few- so bringing bed protection into that same lineup just makes sense.
The name on the box and the badge on the liner may be changing, but the product itself isn’t. These are the same premium systems, built with the same materials by the same team and delivering the same performance that made them popular in the first place.
Rather than wait until these land on the website, I wanted to open forum preorders so members here can get in on the first production runs. First batch is set to start shipping in April!
I’ll be handling these directly so I can:
- Confirm fitment
- Check current production timing
- Make sure you’re getting the right setup for your truck bed
Below is a numbered list of the new Husky bed protection products that are available to start reserving.

Did you put the bed run under the slide?I've been running the bedrug in my Tacoma since 2018 under a ARE shell and in my Gladiator with rack and tonneau cover since 2021 and honestly it's one of my favorite truck products of all time. I know no matter what truck I ever have in the future I'm always going to run one of these. From the padded comfort of crawling into the back of my trucks. To the durability of having a heavy objects dropped on to it and not damaging the truck or the item. To water durability and never smell of mold or holding moisture. These things are a must to me. Oh and they're super easy to clean with a water hose or a blower. Recently I found something also comical but practical but it's turned into my newborn baby changing table with the part that's on the tailgate. It's nice and comfortable for the kiddo.
Sharing a pic of me recently with 1200lbs of river rock on my truckslide. If a rock ever fell on the tailgate it would just bounce off.

Yes I installed the full bedrug before the Molle panels and eventually the bed slide.

The Husky Guardian Impact Bed Mat is the only Impact version available for the Gladiator. Haven't heard any plans about adding the full version to the lineup, but if it happens this group will definitely hear about it. I've replied to your DM.

I already reached out to @RealTruck an out this, but thought I’d share. I slept on it, and really want to get the impact material on the bottom. Since that’s not currently an option for the gladiator, combined with a full coverage bedrug, I’m going to figure it out custom. I’m ordering an impact layer in addition to the full rug, and I’m going to combine them. Once I’ve got it worked out, I’ll share the results. I’m keeping this thing for the long haul, so anything I can do to prevent dents in the bed is worth it to me. And I put heavy ass stuff in the bed quite frequently.
