To the financing question,

I see there are some other dealers offering that.

Can we do it? Yes. Do I want to? Not really. Why?

Its really a game they are playing with you, they lower the price of the Gladiator and raise the rate on the loan which the bank will give them a kick back for and hope you don't walk out the door and go re-finance that gladiator right away. If you do refinance it within their specified time period the dealer loses the kick back.

I'd rather not play games with customers like that and just offer them a straight up deal on a truck. Can our banks compete with other banks, yes, and i'd be more than happy to make them compete for your business when the time comes for delivery on your gladiator. Maybe my deal isn't for you and maybe it is, i'd love the opportunity to earn your business

I had several people call me with a few questions this morning,

1) I never got a call back from the concierge/customer care rep. My rep is telling me as of right now that if you went on the website site submitted your info, got an email telling you they have your info, your order is GOOD. This concierge/customer care rep hand off did not go as well as hoped.

2) When will regular trim ordering open? As of right now my rep is telling me next month when the monthly ordering from dealers opens. Exact date? On that he is not sure of right now. When I have more exact info I will update this thread

I asked about Gobi for several people yesterday my Rep's response was

"We are typically not made aware of late availability colors until 2 weeks before production begins."

I can update this tread when I have more info on those colors that are late availability though. I'm sure this a struggle for you guys and I wish I had a better answer, but that is the best info I have at the moment

Sorry for the delayed reply Damon.

I think the best strategy is up dating this thread when I learn when those colors become available. This should get everyone roughly a two week lead time before you can actually order those late availability colors.

No official info to my knowledge that that information is true. My rep knows at this point to inform me when these colors become available.

This is my own reasoning that I believe it isn’t available as of yet is because you can’t even order a “normal trim” gladiator yet. I could always be wrong, but I’d be surprised

I am in northern IL and just stumbled across this thread. I also just signed up for the tread lightly membership. So I guess my wait time is 30 days. Do you think I would be in a Jeep faster ordering it or having a dealer located one?

At this point there are very few gladiators on the ground, and all that are will be pre spec’d ones optioned by Jeep. You can’t order a gladiator for about another month, unless you were approved by Jeep for a launch edition.

Long story short, your likely better off ordering one in about a month

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to update you on my latest update from Jeep on the LE Gladiators.

IF you have gotten the email confirming your spot for an order but have NOT received a call from the customer assistance center (for whatever reason) you are still good to order from whatever dealer you would like to regardless of location.

I had come calls come to me with confusion around this, so maybe this will help some other people out.

I'm another Colorado shopper - can you provide some information around your support for folks who want to Fly-and-Drive for their purchase? Your location seems to be surrounded by lakes and corn, with little support nearby from larger airports. Guidance please!!

Lol welcome to the great state of Iowa.

Few options if you want to fly in. Minneapolis (MSP) is by far the largest airport to us. It will take you about a 3 hour drive from MSP to our door step. We have an Hertz Car Rental in the town about 20 minutes to the south of us where you can drop off a vehicle and I can have one of our guys meet you and pick you up there to bring you to the store.

Des Moines, Iowa is about the same amount of drive time (airport code DSM). Again, you can do the same with the rental car there.

Omaha, Nebraska is about a 3.5 hr drive (code OMA) Same options with the rental car there.

Final option, fly into Sioux Falls (code FSD) and then it is about a 1.5 hr drive to our store. Again, same options with the rental car. If any of you want to fly into Sioux Falls i'll include someone to pick you up from the airport and drive you to our store.

I know there are several connecting flights that will take you from MSP to SFD. I've done that flight a few times and I think it might take 45 minutes, at most.

Just to add to that, SUX is 2 hours from you. Not very economical for most, but they do direct flights to/from Dallas/Chicago daily that are very reasonable.
