Best place and price to buy 8.4 radio

I about to upgrade from my 7 inch radio to the 8.4. I've read the various posts on the swap. Infotainment has a delay and their units are new. Nismo has them, but 1600 ( includes VIN input) and Mopar part has it cheapest, but probably requires a flash from dealer. I was hoping someone would post one on marketplace.

Anyone have a better place to buy the 8.4, with the VIN installed to the unit?

I just upgraded from the 5 inch to the 7 inch and it is night and day. no complaints

do you know if this would be just an even swap? Another thread says something about an unlock code. I will ask my dealer tomorrow when I drop my truck off for the TSB. Thanks
