Experience with any or any specific ones to avoid? Never used any but had problems with our regular vehicle on a road trip so wondering if we should buy a plan before our longer pull with our camper.

I am also planning to buy a portable power station, any good recommendations? JACKERY? BLUETTI? They are a bit expensive, my budget is about $1500.
Has anyone used the brand LIPOWER? They launched the new MARS-20000, which is only $1089. Other 2000Ws on the market are about $2000, are they reliable?

New companies trying to undercut the market you should be wary over.

I highly suggest taking a few days to look over the videos on the posted channel:

This guy knows his shit, and is very intricate on his reviews.

I like my Bluetti. Biggest reason is you can charge and discharge at the same time. Jackery doesn't.

Umm... yeah, you can... I have a Jackary 500, and either plug the charge port into the 12 outlet I installed in the bed, or to my solar panel, and the fridge is always on and plugged into the 12v out. Gives the incoming charge power (Watts), and the amount of Watts the device is using out simultaneously...

Using this setup I can keep food frozen all weekend long in the heat of summer, and not run out of battery

I returned 2 bluetti's because they would not charge and dispense at the same time. Was very disappointed in the product. Also, ran down very quickly.

I've been looking at this one. It's on sale, right now, for $528.

I may have been misinformed then. My trail buddy said his Jackery wouldn't do it.

I think my trail buddy was referencing this line in his Jackery 500 manual.

I've been using Anker products since 2015 and never had a single issue. Charging banks, flashlights, headphones and I recently bought their Powerhouse 800 2 years ago. The only down side to it is that it discharges itself after about 30 days of no use so it's not meant for emergency use. I use it to power the fridge when camping and other various items while keeping it topped off with a 100w solar panel.

How about a Honda eu2200 generator. Nearly silent and can provide far more power than any of the units in your price range using just the energy in the gas in its internal tank. (no need for a gas can)
