Best rooftop tent for JT?

I have been reading a lot about the ikamper skycamp mini.
Anyone have any thoughts on it?
Looks perfect length for the gladiator bed.
(I have the 18" max modular rack)

Not that hard. I roll mine after sliding the cover to the front and it sits between the rack and cab. Can't roll as you go though.

I have the trail rail system that came with the LE. The rack is a precise fit. I have the 10" VooDoo rack.

Our SkyLux and SkyLux Bantam models are both available for purchase, with the larger SkyLux having an expanded bed size of 88" x 87" (King Size bed that could sleep up to 4 people!) and the Bantam having a bed size of 58" x 83". This looks great! It looks similar to other manufacturers though. Wish I could see one on a Gladiator.

I didn't know James Baroud made a soft shell RTT. Looks nice and low profile!

The JT looks tasty, too BTW.

The quality of Eezi-Awn is tough to beat. I’ve also ran a lot of tents (ARB,CVT, Tepui, Roofnest, GoFSR, Eezi and probably a few others). I prefer the fold out style for a number of reasons but the hard shells seem to be the norm for now.

Eezi-Awn Series 3 1600 on an ARE shell. Also added a Rhino Dome Awning for the rear.

Yes, I think JB makes 2 softshell. I had one hard shell form JB I was very happy with it. That's why I went for a JB soft shell one, easier to install; it has a smaller footprint but a bit more painful to fold, and you can't leave your sleeping bag/pillows in it. Overall we don't use intensively, so it's a good trade-off.
