Have the mopar lift with a 10k warn winch riding out front. I’ve always felt that the mopar lift gives a small rake and now with the winch its probably not a bad idea to at 3/4 to an inch more up front to help my 37s get a little more room.

What spacer kit have you guys had good luck with in pairing with the mopar lift?

I have the same lift on a sport and have about 1.5" of rake. It gives it a great stance with wheels and tires so not that big of a deal.
Was going to get a new bumper and considered leveling first. I took it to a reputable shop that have outfitted a few Gladiators with other than the Mopar Kit and their concern is without the actual specs for the Fox shocks that came in the kit I may need either new shocks or extensions to level it out. I haven't done the research myself to verify so here I am letting you know what I found about 3 months ago.

When I find the bumper I want I'll either find the specs or just wait to change bumper when it gets ripped off while I'm out having fun.

With that, I have to ask if your axle is center. Like you I had mine done at the dealer and I didn't notice until the guys at the Off Road shop pointed out that it was about 1/4" off. Not much I know but if yours is too I can defiantly convince the dealer to make the adjustments at my next service. Hopefully it can be done with what is installed, better if they have to get me an adjustable TB.

Hopefully we will both get an answer.

The jeep is going in for work on the 15th to address several issues, mainly front end strength and steering. We are taking the front axle out and trussing it. Adding synergy steering box bracket, rpm steering tie rod and drag link, one ton ball joints, clayton adjustable lower control arms, and a fox steering stabilizer.

To your point, we probably overlooked the need for an adjustible track bar. I’ll get that ordered too. i am thinking a 3/4 spacer will pull the nose back up after the winch and pull out some of the rake. Honestly i dont mind some rake, but just want to put a little more air between the fender and the tire. Not sold on chopping my fender liners and all that stuff yet.

That is a considerable amount of work for a Mopar Kit.
My dealer made it a point to install the Fox steering stabilizer when I bought the package back in July.

I am thinking about the Synergy Bracket only after what next maintenance shows. I was actually looking in the Forum about steering issues as well as the Rake thing.
I stumbled on this thread

It's one man's battle to get his steering fixed at his dealer. (“over-center” check)

I guess we will see how it goes on your build thread.

Most of this work isnt just for the lift its more for long term strength and durability. These 37’s are heavy and will stress all major systems so on and off trail we’re building for long term. If we ever wanted more agressive lift, we’d have the fundamentals to go ahead.

My steering is soft but not really a huge issue today, but like others i am getting some pull to the right. Also i think the caster is a little steep, so the adjustible contol arms will keep me from steering into the ground. If anything the jeep feels like its on a hump on center so that’s probably caster.

i walked through all this with my local shop...bottom line is dealer can install but most dont have advanced know how on trail set up. He’ll even do the alignment in house.

Back to the thread topic - anyone running a spacer on top of their mopar lift?
