The Softopper is out. They are owned by Bestop, but Bestop's own top is not out yet.

I've seen the actual Bestop brand for other makes of trucks on youtube... the quality of the bow system looks way better than the Softopper....I saw that Bestop posted back in 2018 on this form about a teaser?

Lots of the above information is correct. SofTopper is owned by Bestop and their version is available for purchase now. We are buttoning up our own version and will have it available shortly. I expect to be able to offer it by spring.
