Just got done with a 3k mile trip myself with a lot of 80 mph interstate driving. The twill sunrider was definitely a bit louder than the hard top front panels (which is to be expected), but didn't shake or rattle. I'm guessing your lightbar is causing air turbulence over the sunrider and causing it to shake. Mine looks to be installed the same as yours as far as I can tell.

As far as noise goes, I’ll be the first to say that the Sunrider is practically silent when compared to the factory soft top. (Based on my JL, which had dual top). The rattling is likely due to another cause as mentioned above.

We have a twill Sunrider now and have no complaints about vibration or rattling when closed, or any other complaints either (e.g., no leaks). Maybe there is a bit more noise coming in than with my freedom panels with sound dampers, but even that isn’t significant.

My favorite way to go now is doors off, Sunrider open, and it’ll probably be rare that I take the rest of my roof off.

it's a hard and pricey pill to swallow. i did not buy full price for it, nor would i.

that said, i think the only choice is twill and i use mine almost daily.

it is a must have though
