Beware Quadratec and Rugged Ridge. Missing Hardware & Instructions

As soon as I saw Rugged Ridge had released a Fender DRL Chop Bracket for Sport S Gladiators, I swopped on them.

Curious that I got the kit within 2 days of ordering them through Quadratec. But to my dismay, the kit arrived with missing fasteners and instructions. Fortunately, I found the instructions on the net and was able to figure out what was missing. I didn't bother sending an e-mail to Rugged Ridge and Quadratec Customer Support. I figured it would be faster to order the missing fasteners from Amazon.

To be fair, I don't think Quadratec deserves blame here. I've had issues with Rugged Ridge products having shoddy or missing hardware, but Quadratec is just a reseller. And generally they try to help out where possible.

Had an order with Extreme Terrain for hood struts. One part necessary for install missing. I returned and they sent out a complete replacement upon my return being shipped. Thanks ET.

I'm going to retract this, actually. @Quadratec support has been very lackluster lately.
