1" inside height, just barely over 3" true circumference (of the hexagonal lug nut) = 0.955" ID, (15/16") so I'd go with the 7/8"-15/16" option, push-on, black. Link below.

McMaster Carr still shows a little of the chrome base, but easy fit and low cost option. Just installed today. FYI shipping and taxes about $10 for me so actually cost more than the actual 100 pcs. Overall, still a low price option.
