Those that didnt get any of these safety features, do ya miss it or wish ya had gotten it over extra loaded options?
No. But definitely a personal choice. Had all of the safety features in my '21 Ram 1500. I found myself too reliant on the system. I wasn't a big fan of the forward collision, in particular. It was overly cautious in my opinion, even set at the minimum distance; slammed on the brakes a couple times when I wasn't very close to right hand turners.

Also, and this one really irritated me, I was driving one day after a long road trip. Got into some stop light sections and went to pull away from the light and my forward collision kicked in and hit the brakes. Problem was, there was no one in front of me. Thinking maybe a small animal(?) had crossed without me seeing it, I went about my business. Then it happened at the next light. Pulled into a parking lot and looked at the front end and found a large bug stuck near one of the sensors (it caught its final ride somewhere between Durango and Cortez). As the speed would pick up, it would flop just right in front of the sensor. Anyway, my '21 JT doesn't have any safety stuff and I am quite content.

I like having the safety equipment with back up cam and the beep if someone cuts behind me. That being said, the blind spot mirror does not really grab my attention that much. I'm a look over the shoulder guy from years of riding motorcycles. In my wife's car it catches my attention but I feel that they Jeep orange color that they use doesn't really pop out at me.

+1 on positioning mirrors to where you have to bend your neck or lean forward to see your truck sides.
