Body Color Painted Fenders on a Sport???

Saw this great looking sport at the dealership today and it had body colored fenders. I can't find anywhere on the jeep website where this is an option until you get to the higher models. Is this something a dealer can add that a regular person ordering cannot? (I know this isn't a huge option, but kind of curious if dealers have a wider selection of options that aren't available to everyone).

As far as I know the dealer ordering system has more options. At least that's how it was when we ordered 6 weeks ago.
