Bowed out hood

I was just getting out of my 3 week old JT and noticed one side of my hood is bowed out compared to the body. Wth? I don't even know how this happened or if I overlooked it at the dealer. Does anyone else have this ?

Have you had any work done in the engine compartment? It’s hard to tell because it’s dark, but it almost looks like there are bends or scuffs along the side.

No work done .. it's brand new . It's just the dust from my fingers. The paint is perfect it's just not aligned with the body.

Kinda hard to tell from the pics, but are you sure the cowl piece isn't IN further than it should be, thus making the hood look "out"?

From one of the pics (pic#2), it *looks* like the edge of the hood is aligned with the top of the fender, and the cowl piece is retracted from the edge.
