You could do Air Lift 1000 Air Bags to help with the sag. Model #60830.
Air Lift 1000 Air Suspension Kit 60830. That's what I did to mine and it helps a lot. Installation can be a pain if you decide to do it on the ground without taking the springs off like I did. Amazon says it does not fit a Gladiator but this is actually for the Gladiator.

I got zero sag really. I gotta up the air pressure in the tires on the truck. They are at 30 psi when I towed it, didn't realize that. I'm gonna up them to 40 psi before towing.
