So I've been searching for a reasonably priced pad and rotor kit for the JTs. I was leaning power stop cross drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads. Oddly, I can get the fronts no problem, but the kit with all 4 everywhere I find it is out of stock or not available. I have about 45kmi on my overland, and the rears are starting to squeel when coming to a stop. Any one have any advice as to how or where to get those kind of rotors and pads for a sub $400 price point?

How in the name of heaven did you wear out the rear pads before the front? :whatsgoingon:
Are you sure there's not just some dirt in them?

My wife’s VW Tig’s rear pads went long before the front, but likely due to all of the electronic nanny’s, hill start assist, etc.

They were also a bear to change but again welcome to the over complicated German engineering.

Not sure if the JT has any of that but regardless per the OP my google-fu isn’t strong enough apparently. At best I found a few websites that had the rears on special order but nothing in stock either.

Good luck.
