Break light Removal

I ordered new LED back up lights from Headlight Revolution, but quickly realized I have NO idea how to remove the break lights on the JT...I looked and unless im missing simething I cant see any access panel in the bed. The website shows how to remove them from a JL, which obviously doesnt help me at all. Also cant seem to find anything on youtube or the forums...Has anyone pulled them off yet?

Its two screws on the side of the bed you can clearly see once you open the tailgate. Then you have to push in and than away from the body for them to come out. They have 2 nipples on tail light that connects to two grommets on the body.
