Congrats.
After the shit show of the past 2 years, I love it when people just buy something for the sole reason that it will make them happy.

Enjoy the F out of it!

THATS THE SPIRIT!! Life is short!!

I kid you not. I am currently laying in bed with my laptop on my stomach coughing my lungs out with COVID. Got the positive yesterday. After 2 years, it got me. Thanks for the encouragement...made me smile!

Had it twice. I slept upright as much as possible and walked. Keep an eye on any fluid build up.

I've been waiting and waiting for some sort of announcement in regards to the JT and a 392. Alas, it ain't coming. Finally broke down and ordered a:

2022 Hydro Blue JLU 392 XR
-dual door package
-tow package
-trail camera
-floor mats
-headliner

It will be real interesting to see how it drives compared to my Mojave. The transmissions couldn't be more different. The engine couldn't be more different. The dash layout couldn't be more similar. lol

Ordered for 3% below invoice with no requirement to finance in writing.

Here's to more Jeeps!
Congrats man. Maybe I will see you cruising it around San Diego! I can't wait to see one in person.

I'm really thinking about it but if I bought that before I bought my wife a Wagoneer or Escalade or something i'd be sleeping in it

Is there a particular reason you opted to get a Rubicon rather than your Mojave?

Whatcha mean? For the JLU platform, the only way you can get the 392 engine is the Rubicon trim. It’s a one-size fits all affair. For the Gladiator, I liked the Mojave trim the best for all around fun.

Hope you're better today. My whole family got it after the shots, all at different levels. I never got symptoms and I'm the oldest.

I gave it consideration, but the 392 easily won. I live in a half door/no door/roof off climate year round. In fact, my Mojave is doorless and roofless right now. lol The TRX is a great truck, but I don't need another truck. Before tax and tags with the XR and half doors, the price is $82k. A TRX with the options I would want would be more. I love the length and width of the wrangler platform. The TRX is only good for open trails that aren't the least bit narrow.
This is true, the proportions of the JT are great. Not too big, not too small. The truck is just right for someone that doesn't need a full size. A bunch of stuff still fits in the JT without issue.

agreed! I have lived out of and traveled in 6 states quite comfortably in a RTT on my JTT and seen so much with it so far. Such a fun, useable platform.

Thanks very much! I'm feeling so much better today, and today is day three. By tomorrow or Friday, I should be golden and back in my Jeep!
