I really like some of the bullbar \ grill guard designs out of Australia. I think I have read they need to be ASE certified\crash tested. I don't recall where I read that but made sense. I was watching a Matt's recovery video and the bumper a couple bolts into some sheet metal. They could not even attach to the bumper as it appears it was just for looks.

Ali Arc is where it's at coming from where I come from. You can nail a mouse on the highway, survive and do more damage to the moose than your rig. But a little heavy for a Jeep.
But if I'm answering the question at hand related to a Jeep. I prefer the look of mid myself over the choices given.

I would hope you could survive hitting a mouse with Jeep. Unless their a spokesman for a corporation or sorts team they tend to be only a few inches in size

Bahahahaha. Gota love that auto correct. Moose* was the key word there.
I'll add to my original comment though, that I do have a mid width from hooke because it was the most cost effective piece I could mount a winch on.

Actually... I just went and washed my Rig (been awhile and it was well deserved with all the bug guts). The paint just came right off from the light that was preinstalled on the lower RH light. Don't suppose that would be a warranty thing by chance? I bought the Jeep last July and the bumper maybe 6 months ago, I'll have to look to see the exact date.

Edit: Just looked September 21st, 2023 was the date purchased. Then it was shipped then eventually I got it and then found time and installed it. I'll have to check for pics of the night I installed it.....
And pics confirm Sept 29th it was on the unit and awaiting the winch to be mounted(confirms quick shipping times from the
place I purchased it at the very least)

Could you please kindly use car putty powder mixed with black spray paint to repaint and fix the paint problem?
Please do not worry, spray paint is a very effective repair method.
