Bumpers with included LEDs that hook into factory fog light switch?

Hey all, title pretty much sums up the question. I don't have a switchboard in the truck, and I have already wired cubes with a direct single switch. I am seeing some steel bumpers online with LEDs. Do any of these happen to wire directly into the fog light switch without too much redneckery? Thanks guys.

I wired my LEDs into the factory fog light switch. I removed the factory connector from the fog lights and the cubes, and wired the factory connector to the cube wiring.
